Any communication to us is kept strictly confidential (for extra peace of mind we use an email provider that has end-to-end encryption).
 
Staffed by a qualified and experienced Counsellor, the service is an opportunity for you to share any struggles or issues you might be having, whether these be related to work or anything else. We feel that it might be of particular benefit to Mental Health First Aiders – as our own research (see Resources below) has shown that there is little, if any, formal external support given to an organisation’s MHFAs, and yet they are expected to be ready on the front line to deal with any mental health issue that they are confronted with.
 
Whatever your challenge, we can offer useful information and help you to find relevant services in your local area.

If you decide that you'd like to speak to someone more regularly, we also have access to a team of highly trained Counsellors that we can put you in touch with. This service is fully independent and all information that you share will be kept entirely confidential.
 
Over time, we are planning to expand the service provided to include a telephone Helpline, seminars for MHFAs, Process Groups (group counselling carried out online by Zoom) and low-cost face-to-face and online individual Counselling.
